They discriminate against felons. They said since you're a felon you're not qualified to take costumes off a shelf and put it in a box.... 😂 Very messy place they mess up pay checks alot and don't pay you for your wages you should be paid for. They let sex offenders work their but any other type of felon could be 10 years ago don't have a chance. Everyone in HR is dumb. It's the same non felons coming back every year because they can't get a job and keep it. So they become really excited about this 2 month job and act entitled. Please buy your costumes elsewhere as these costumes are trash and not at all what you think you ordered. Someone told me that worked their that he used fentanyl around the costumes alot so don't be surprised if you end up dying due to a Fenty crumb....

Under no circumstances buy from this site!! I received a Funko that is clearly fake! It's not the first time I've had problems with them. customer service is terrible! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I ordered a funko pop off of their website. I was really surprised to see the range of stock they had and will definitely order from their again however the only downside was the packaging. No bubble wrap around the funko or anything to protect it from damage if the box was damaged or wet. Other than that was good!!

I ordered two Funko pops I was really excited about got the box and it was a little smashed then opened it to see just the pops no paper or bubble wrap to protect them from moving around and both are pretty beat up very unfortunate. Other than that the website has a lot to offer just not good packaging

If it’s a collectible or a gift be order at your own risk. The actual item was great, but it was packaged forcibly into a box smaller than the item’s own packaging. I can’t gift this in such condition so I contacted support. They asked for photos. I sent photos. No response for a week so I’ve ordered replacements elsewhere.

Worst customer service I've ever received in my life.
I bought a costume for £45 that had been folded and shoved into the smallest bag and was of such poor quality I wanted to return it for a refund, after several emails with them I still hadn't received the information I needed to return the item, I went through PayPal dispute just to obtain a returns address so I could return the item, on the final day of the dispute thy provided an overseas address to return to at my own expense.
Paypal couldn't refund me and I can't pay for overseas shipping for a return.
This website is a scam and the staff lack any emotion or empathy. They're just con artists.

While working in shipping some of the men one in particular has been extremely entitled and rude while on the machines. He does not speak or ask for anyone to move out of the way politely like the others, rolls his eyes, and also made a strange comment while on the job regarding “not going to shoot someone” if they did not move their totes/ carts out of the way. I feel like in this current time in society those comments may warrant some bias training. I think that the men in particular on the machines need to get new training on how to treat those on the carts.

One of the best sites for Funko Pops. They have an absolutely huge range, send out chases with the commons and offer incredibly fast shipping from the US. A very small amount of them,
however, have some shelf wear.
If there are ever any issues, the customer service is second to none, one of the best you'll encounter.

I took a slight risk ordering from this website as I just randomly found it when googling a Harry Potter purse I wanted, but I’m glad I did! Only 15 minutes after ordering (which I ordered at about 3 AM) I got an email from UPS saying a shipping label was created and a package would be on the way soon. The very next day it was shipped and I received it 2 days later! I was shocked at how quickly I received my package. Everything was packaged well and the purse is perfect and exactly like the photos! I highly recommend this company and will definitely order again from them in the future.
